HELLO EVERYONE!
FALL 2024 VDP begins this Saturday, October 19, at Forest Heights Collegiate located at 255 Fischer-Hallman Road in Kitchener.
There are several modest session time changes from what was originally posted on our website. These changes reflect the actual registration numbers as opposed to what we originally estimated. These session time changes are as close as possible to the original ones.
NOTES:
A) ON NOVEMBER 9, VDP IS AT WATERLOO COLLEGIATE INSTITUTE
Address: 300 Hazel Street in Waterloo. (Enter by the tennis courts.)
B) There are TWO - 2011 sessions due to large numbers. Half who have registered have a first name starting with A-I. The other half start J-Z.
It is important that these two sessions have fairly similar numbers but athletes car pooling, or joining with friends, or are only able to attend one time, may go to either session.
C) It is possible for an athlete to go to a different age session if need be. (Siblings or time conflict).
D) A waiver is attached to this email. Please print a copy and bring it when you check- in.
We will also have hard copies available.
COST: $100.00 payable in cash on October 19. If you start on October 26, then pay on that day. Financial assistance is available at Kidsport, Kitchener. There is a direct link on our website.
WHAT TO BRING
A water bottle (there is a fountain)
Gym clothes - running shoes.
You do not need to bring a ball - Volleyballs are provided.
FALL VDP is headed by coaches Terry Hinschberger and Juan Paolo Maranan (JP), assisted by a number of senior Tigers athletes. We hope that everyone has a great time learning and playing the sport of volleyball.
